In order to keep your body healthy and beautiful (in order to achieve the desired results the efforts should be made and the regularity should be observed (the exact sequence of actions).
We have developed three types of health programs, which will provide the excellent results under compliance of our recommendation – rejuvenation, weight reduction, youth and health recovery.
Each program includes the Nutrition Specialist and Physiotherapist advice, aquabike training and procedures, daily cocktails and homework.
